Darrell Clendenny v. Equilon Enterprises et.al.

  • Judge Matoesian granted defendant's motion to continue trial over plaintiff’s objection, and denied plaintiff’s motion to use Kevin Anderson’s discovery deposition in lieu of his trial attendance.

  • K-Mart filed a motion to dismiss Peach’s second amended complaint, and a hearing was set for Feb. 25 at 9 a.m. in Courtroom 351

    Pratt & Tobin PC ind. & on behalf v. Liberty Mutual Insurance
  • Judge Kardis continued the case management conference and rescheduled it until 9:30 a.m., March 17 in Granite City.

    Lawrence Shipley D.C. ind. & on behalf v. Zurich Services
  • The case was reassigned to Judge Byron after Zurich filed a motion to substitute judge. The case was previously assigned to Judge Moran. Byron set a case management conference at 9 a.m. on March 30.

  • Judge Kardis ruled that First Bank will file a responsive pleading to first amended complaint within 30 days of his order. Kardis also ruled that Johnson must respond to First Banks' pleading within 30 days of its entry.

  • A hearing was held before Circuit Judge George Moran on Higgins motion to strike BMW’s jury demand. Judge Moran heard oral arguments and took the matter under advisement.

  • Defense motion to dismiss was continued to allow plaintiff to file second amended complaint. Judge Moran ordered Starbucks to respond to the complaint within 14 days of its filing. All other pending motions will be heard at 9:30 a.m. on March 30 in Courtroom 320.
