The Alton & Southern Railway Co. was named in two Federal Employers' Liability Act lawsuits filed recently in St. Clair County Circuit Court.
Machine operators Willie J. Dickerson and Danny Chapman filed nearly identical complaints seeking more than $50,000 each for injuries to their back, neck, spine, shoulders, legs and body.
