Cynthia Brown individually and on behalf v. RBMG Inc.

RBMG withdrew its motion to dismiss and Brown filed a motion to compel arbitration. Judge Kardis set a hearing for March 2.

Deborah Schrader v. Highland Supply

Per agreement of both parties, the Jan. 31 trial date has been set aside, and a case management conference was set for March 2 at 9 a.m.

Amy Leslie individually and on behalf v. Progressive Insurance

Judge Kardis denied Progressive’s motion to dismiss and a case management conference was held.

Jason Durrett v. Union Planters bank et.al.

Plaintiff’s motion to continue hearing on defendant's motion to compel was granted by Judge Matoesian. Matoesian also set a case management conference for 30 days.

Amy Hartmann v. Tri City Speedway

A case management conference was set for March 2 at 9 a.m. by Judge Matoesian. Tri City also paid $212.50 for its jury demand.
