Ronald Pruitt, as special administrator of the estate of Diana Pruitt, deceased v. Riverbend Physicians & Surgeons, Dr. Robert Lutan, Boyd Fillager Clinic, and Dr. James Reid

Pruitt alleges the defendants failed to timely diagnose cancer in his wife who died July 22, 2003, as a result of cancer. Pruitt is seeking damages in excess of $600,000.
