  • Kaltenbronn alleges Old Republic did not fulfill its obligations and did not take the requisite steps to provide referrals, channeling and steerage under contractual agreements, therefore had no right to reduce paid claims. Kaltenbronn is seeking no more than $75,000 in this class action complaint.
