  • The Goodriches are seeking an amount greater than $450,000 for burns Larry Goodrich sustained when he was burned by his heating pad. Goodrich claims the heating pad he purchased lacked an automatic shut-off feature.

  • Kibby alleges Stephens failed to maintain her property located at 20-28 Wood River Ave causing it to catch fire on Aug. 17, killing her husband. She seeks at least $50,000 in damages.

  • Ware claims he was shot in the foot at Aces Bar & Grill when the co-defendants started firing a gun in the tavern after being denied a piece of cake. Ware is seeking at least $90,000 in damamges.
