Spencer claims he was injured on Dec. 6, 2002, when Demoro rear-ended Jennifer Franklin, who in turn hit Spencer's car on Route 159 in Glen Carbon. He is seeking at least $50,000 in damages. Spencer's wife and insurance company are also seeking at least $50,000 each. 04 L 1341
