Ronda S. Harvey v. Bernadette Denkler

  • Harvey alleges she sustained injuries to her neck, back, left shoulder, ligaments, bones, nerves, and disks that were greatly crushed when Denkler pulled out of a parking lot onto Main Street in Troy on Dec. 27, 2002. She is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

    Rocky Rhodes v. Barbara Bramlet

  • Rhodes claims that on Sept. 9, 2003, Bramlet failed to yield and reduce speed, hitting his motorcycle at 6th Street and Madison Avenue in Wood River causing injuries to his head, back, neck and chest. He also claims he suffers from depression and the inability to enjoy his social life. Rhodes is seeking at least $50,000 in damages.

    Ryan Antonovich v. Shirley Stark

  • Antonovich alleges that he had to swerve into a parked vehicle to avoid hitting Stark’s car when she allegedly failed to yield at Maryville and Morrison in Granite City. Antonovich claims Stark failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to yield right of way at the time of the incident in which he injured his right knee. He is seeking at least $100,000 in damages.

    Millicent Perkins v. Metabolife International et.al.

  • Perkins of Venice alleges she will continue to require medical care after ingesting Metabolife 356. Perkins took Metabolife from 1998 until Nov. 30, 2002, which caused her to suffer from congestive heart failure, shortness of breath, pain, suffering, anxiety and injuries to her body as a whole. She is seeking a judgment for medical expenses, physical injury, loss of income and loss of enjoyment of life.

  • VNA is seeking an amount of at least of $96,112.50 for breach of contract claiming the software purchased from Forelogic was faulty.
