  • Svec alleges Townsend collided with the rear of her car on Route 157 & University Drive, causing severe and permanent injuries. Svec seeks at least $50,000 in damages.

  • Mueth claims he was injured on Sept. 3 when Middendorff collided with a car driven by Linda Hoskins, which in turn hit the car he was riding in. Mueth seeks to collect at least $50,000.
