Terry Joe Walker v. M & W Gear Company

  • Walker, a Missouri resident, alleges he was injured using a product that was manufactured in Illinois. The product is described as a model 4800 grain cart also known as “little red wagon." Walker alleges permanent injuries to his left lower extremity. He is seeking damages in excess of $100,000.

    Alfred Lutes & Gloria Lutes v. State Farm Fire & Casualty Company

  • The Lutes’ allege that State Farm refused to pay the cost to repair their home which suffered more than $200,000 in damages from mine subsidence. They claim State Farm offered to pay $144,200, well below their actual loss. They are seeking at least $178,840 in damages.

  • Hinton alleges that on Apr 9 at on Route 159 & Morrison in Collinsville. Hendricks collided with her causing serious and permanent injuries. Hinton also alleges that Hendricks was drunk at the time of the accident. She is seeking damages in excess of $50,000.
