  • Polson, a Missouri resident and employee of Jack Cooper Transportation, alleges that he was injured while performing his normal work activites using a ratchet, idler, hook and chain. Cottrell Inc. of Gainsville, Ga. was allegedly the manufacturer of the rig Polson was operating.

  • Gingrich alleges that Stephanie Sudholt, the office manager for Dr. James Dalla Riva entered her office on Nov. 3, 1997, and loudly shouted, "Dr. Gingrich is a thief and is going to have her medical license taken away." Gingrich alleges that as a result of that comment she has experenced personal humiliation, mental anguish and impairment of her reputation and standing in the community. She filed an 11-count suit and is seeking damages well over $2 million
