United Health Care filed a motion to dismiss and a hearing was set for Nov. 5 to hear the motion.
Tracy L. Suiter v. Walgreen’s
Case was called for a hearing on Walgreen’s motion for summary judgment, however due to a conflict with Suiter’s attorney, McGlynn and McGlynn, the hearing has been rescheduled for Oct. 27.
CUB v. SBC
Judge Byron dismissed Cub’s motion for accounting of settlement, agreeing with lawyers for both the plaintiff and defendant who argued against it. CUB wanted the settlement to be public, however, Byron ruled against that.

A hearing has been set for Nov. 19 on a defense motion to dismiss.
Gloria Brown v. Kentile Floors
A settlement was agreed upon in this asbestos case Tuesday.
William D. Borgini v. Purdue Pharma et.al.
Mallinckrodt withdrew its motion to transfer Borgini complaint due to improper venue, however, Purdue still has a motion pending to transfer for improper venue.
James Kannall v. Ace Hardware of Bethalto
This case was set for trial Monday, however a settlement was reached by both parties hours before trial.
