  • Ebers claims Eden Village was negligent in failing to monitor Paige, a resident of the center. Paige allegedly needed 24 hour monitoring but she fell in her apartment and was not found for days.

  • Tite says she fell on city property at 134 Acton in Wood River in September 2003 and she blames it on the difference in height on an expansion joint in the sidewalk. Tite also claims that in November of 2002, her husband, Ivan, informed the city of this problem after a minor child fell at the same location.

  • Landmark and Ford Motor Credit, which do business in Illinois, are accused of failing to remove bad credit from Kishel's credit report. Kishel, who lives in Indiana, says this caused her failure to receive credit when she should have, which was embarassing.

He placed it on the ground with the trigger allegedly in the "off" position but the gun shot him as he walked away. Shelton claims the gun was deffective. Gardner Denver is a Delaware Corp. and Gardner Denver Water Jetting Systems is located in Houston. Shelton is demanding a jury trial.

She claims African Americans are at a higher risk for mercury poisioning. Abbott Labs is one of Illinois' largest employers, based in Chicago's far northern suburbs.

Cox is a resident of Clinton County, but claims that Norfolk's trains came through Madison County during the course of his employment.
