  • Liljenberg alleges that Progressive, his insurer, would not let him get his motorcycle fixed at Frieze Harley Davidson, which offered an estimate $5700 less than Doc's repair costs, and that Doc's harley Davidson failed to fix his bike properly from damage that occured 2002.
