A McDonald's customer claims she fell on a slippery floor at the Bethalto restaurant.
According to a lawsuit filed March 2 in Madison County Circuit Court, Freda Balesmalson is suing Bold Enterprise Inc., doing business as the McDonald's at 2 Airport Plaza in Bethalto, for her alleged slip and fall at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 4, 2014.
Balesmalson is seeking damages between $50,000 and $75,000, plus costs.
Balesmalson is represented by attorney John H. Hustava of Collinsville, Ill.
