A man injured in a car accident is suing the vehicle operator and his company.
Kevin J. Thebeau filed a lawsuit in Madison County Circuit Court on Nov. 25 against Harold E. Paholke and Koerner Distributor.
According to the complaint, Thebeau was driving on Interstate 70 near Pin Oak Township on Jan. 3, 2013 when Paholke rear-ended him with his Koerner Distributor company vehicle.
Thebeau is suing for injuries and damages in excess of $50,000, plus court fees. He is represented by attorney Gregory M. Tobin of Pratt & Tobin of East Alton.
