Sara Gentry filed suit Dec. 26 in the St. Clair County Circuit Court, naming Karl Kuni and Joseph Rackhaus as defendants in a suit over a car accident.
Gentry is suing over personal injuries she allegedly sustained as a passenger in a car driven by defendant Kuni on Sept. 16. Kuni's vehicle was rear-ended by a car being driven by defendant Rackhaus, the suit claims.
Gentry says she suffered back and neck injuries and now seeks to hold the defendants liable.
Gentry is seeking more than $50,000 in damages. She is being represented by attorney Thomas C. Rich.
