A woman injured by a driver in a parking lot is suing for the injuries she allegedly sustained in the accident.
Martha and Richard Pinones filed a complaint on May 19 in St. Clair County Circuit Court against Daniel Baudendistel.
On June 28, 2013, Martha Pinones was standing in a parking spot at the Skyview Drive-In at 5700 North Belt West in Belleview, while Baudendistel was pulling into a parking spot in his vehicle.
