EDWARDSVILLE – An Illinois corporation is suing because of promissory notes that were executed and delivered but not paid for by the defendants. Pearl Market Inc., doing business as Schwegel's, filed the suit Dec. 11 in Madison County Circuit Court against Doneetia Woods, Viaduct Auto Parts Inc. and Harry's Disposal Inc. The plaintiff is holding promissory notes in the amount of $69,900 that were signed by the defendant personally and as president of Viaduct Auto Parts and Harry's Disposal.
