UP railroad engineer files FELA complaint in St. Clair County
Union Pacific Railroad engineer Donald Schult filed a Federal Employers' Liability Act suit in St. Clair County Circuit Court Feb. 14 claiming he fell in a locomotive engine because of a fuse located on the engine's floor or steps.
