Peel files for unemployment benefits
Former Lakin Law Firm attorney Gary Peel has filed for unemployment benefits, according to a financial affidavit filed in support of his request for a public defender.
Friend files suit for injuries from dog's mess
A woman who sustained injuries to her ankle after slipping in dog urine filed suit against her friends for failing to clean their kitchen floor.

Travis Tweedy filed a product liability suit against Bridgestone Firestone and John Deere seeking damages in excess of $150,000 for injuries he allegedly sustained as a result of a faulty tire rim.
