Derrick Perry filed two class action cases against his former employers in federal court Dec. 19, alleging they failed to pay him overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) of 1938.

Robert Loehr filed a legal malpractice suit against Eric Holland, Dennis Rathmann, Bruce Cook and the law firm of Cook, Ysursa, Bartholomew, Brauer and Shevlin claiming his Federal Employees Liability Act (FELA) lawsuit was mishandled.
After $43 million verdict, Ford asking for new trial
