BELLEVILLE – Sheriff’s sergeant James Hendricks handcuffed pastor Curtis Levingston as he preached at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist church in East St. Louis on June 27, according to a lawsuit filed in St. Clair County circuit court.
EAST ST. LOUIS – Young adults Mitchell Nalley of St. Clair County, David Meyer of Fayette County, and Eva Davis of Kendall County are challenging state law that won’t let them carry firearms until they turn 21.
