BTI Consulting Group ranked Sheppard Mullin in nine litigation categories in its BTI Litigation Outlook 2025 report, including being named among the list of “Most Feared Law Firms in Litigation.” Of note, the firm ranked as a “Powerhouse” in Employment Litigation, one of only seven firms in the nation to receive this accolade.
The firm was also recognized in the "Leader" category for Commercial Litigation and Complex Employment Litigation; and in the "Distinguished" category for Class Action Litigation, Securities & Finance Litigation, Complex Commercial Litigation and IP Litigation. The firm was also awarded a “Standout” for Product Liability Litigation.
