Marcia M. Meis, Director of the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, announced that the Twelfth Judicial Circuit judges voted to select Raymond P. McSteen as an associate judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit.
Mr. McSteen received his undergraduate degree in 1987 from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and his Juris Doctor in 1995 from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. McSteen is currently affiliated with McNamara Phelan McSteen LLC in Joliet, Illinois.
