Mark T. Banovetz

Mark is a member of the firm's three-person Executive Committee and lead partner in Tressler's Aviation Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of aviation, insurance coverage and general civil and commercial litigation, including construction, professional liability, tort litigation and appellate work. Mark's clients benefit from his passion for aviation. He recently completed his FAA certification as a Commercial Pilot. Mark has been an instrument-rated private pilot for more than 22 years.
Daniel R. Formeller

Dan is Chairman of the firm and partner in Tressler's Insurance Practice Group. As a trial lawyer based in the firm’s Chicago office, Dan focuses his practice on business litigation and the resolution of business disputes through mediation and arbitration. Dan handles a wide variety of complex business litigation and counseling, including intellectual property, state and federal securities actions, anti-trust, ERISA, class actions and directors and officers liability matters. He has been lead trial counsel in bench and jury trials in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
Jennifer J. Johnson

Jennifer is an experienced trial lawyer with over 30 years of experience in the courtroom. She represents individual, corporate and insurance clients in litigation matters involving product liability, toxic torts, asbestos, other torts, construction litigation, trucking lawsuits and insurance claims.
Charles A. LeMoine
Partner
Charles "Chuck" LeMoine is a partner who provides client services in both Tressler’s Government and Litigation Practice Groups. He has a wide range of experience in representing school districts and other public entities in all aspects of federal and state litigation, arbitration, and other forms of dispute resolution. These include FOIA, OMA, breach of contract, civil rights, sexual abuse, premises liability, vehicular liability, construction-related claims and insurance, employee benefits and worker’s compensation to name just a few.
Donald G. Machalinski
Partner
Donald is a partner in Tressler's Aviation Litigation Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in aviation, product, professional and premises liability litigation and his practice also includes insurance coverage litigation. Don has an active casualty trial practice as well as an appellate practice for both liability and coverage matters.
William K. McVisk
Partner
Bill is a partner in Tressler's Insurance Practice Group. He focuses his practice on complex insurance coverage litigation and hospital law and medical liability. Bill has handled all areas of coverage and bad faith litigation, especially third-party bad faith and coverage litigation involving commercial general liability, professional liability coverages as well as personal lines coverages such as auto and homeowners coverages.
John M. O'Driscoll

John is a partner and Co-Chair of Tressler's Government Practice Group. His practice includes representing companies and individuals in business disagreements and providing general counsel services to local governmental bodies such as municipalities, school districts, library districts and park districts. John handles a wide variety of disputes such as business litigation, breaches of contract, construction issues, employment disputes, property damage, tort liability defense, labor negotiations, internet defamation, ordinance violations, “sunshine laws” compliance, professional negligence matters and complex litigation.
Darcy L. Proctor

Darcy is a partner in Tressler’s Local Government Practice Group. Darcy concentrates her practice in the defense of local governments in all aspects of tort, civil rights liability and employment litigation. She also defends private sector employers across a variety of employment law issues. As a seasoned litigator, Darcy has taken dozens of cases to trial in both state and federal court.

He is highly experienced in providing insurance coverage counseling and litigation representation to insurance companies. Todd is particularly skilled in handling third-party claims involving advertising injury and product liability, and first party claims under residential and commercial property policies.

Rosa is a partner in Tressler’s Insurance Practice Group and a member of the firm's national Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. Rosa focuses her practice on insurance coverage and litigation. She is an accomplished defense attorney with more than twenty years of experience. Rosa’s insurer-related services include coverage opinion analysis and representing insurers in complex coverage disputes relating to personal and commercial lines, third party claims, surplus lines as well as claims handling practices and extracontractual liability.

Rachel is senior counsel in Tressler’s Insurance Practice Group. Rachel focuses her practice in tort defense and insurance coverage, including personal injury defense, premises liability, transportation litigation, subrogation claims and coverage analysis. She has obtained extensive litigation experience defending individuals and corporate clients in construction, contract and personal injury disputes.
Jennifer Dancy

Jenny is senior counsel in the Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on general defense litigation, personal injury, constitutional torts, local government law issues, transportation, property damage, insurance coverage and employment law. She has effectively litigated cases in counties throughout Missouri and Texas as well as in various federal and appellate courts.
Stacey Wilkins
Partner
Stacey is a partner in the Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice primarily in the areas of general defense litigation, insurance coverage and municipal law. She has successfully defended individuals, corporations, public entities (including park districts and schools), public employees and not-for-profit organizations, including childcare centers and foster care/adoption agencies. Stacey has advised and represented individuals, personal and commercial lines insurance companies, self-insured risk pools, corporations and municipalities in a variety of litigated defense matters.
