EDWARDSVILLE  — A staffing group is suing several Integrity nursing centers for allegedly breaching their contract.

Kind Staffing Group LLC filed a complaint on Nov. 9 in Madison County Circuit Court against Alton Rehabilitation and Nursing Center LLC, Integrity Healthcare Communities and others, alleging breach of contract.

According to the plaintiff's complaint, it entered into a contract with the defendants, who own, operate and manage long-term care facilities. Kind Staffing claims that despite having a written contract, the defendants have failed and refuse to pay all the amounts due.

Kind Staffing further claims the defendants improperly hired multiple Certified Nurse Assistants provided by the plaintiff without paying the fees, according to the contract.

The plaintiff alleges Integrity also breached its contract with the sale of its facilities in June 2022 and employed the same individuals who fall under the client services agreement.

Kind Staffing seeks monetary relief, interest and all other just relief. It is represented by Michael Iasparro, James Brodzik and Thaddeus Juilfs of Hindshaw & Culbertson LLP in Rockford, Ill.
