Fox Rothschild LLP is proud to announce it attained Mansfield Certification through participation in Diversity Lab’s Mansfield Rule 6.0 program. The firm previously attained Rule 5.0 certification in 2022.
Awarded by Diversity Lab, Mansfield Certification is an annual measurement of the structural changes and steps law firms are taking to ensure that paths to leadership are open and transparent to all qualified lawyers. Mansfield employs a behavioral science approach that embeds accountability, transparency and knowledge-sharing into talent practices.

Fox was among many top-tier law firms to participate in Mansfield 6.0 with the support of clients and legal departments, many of which also undertook the annual certification. Through Mansfield 6.0, advancement processes and firm leadership role descriptions are written, transparent and accessible, allowing for a high level of transparency to broaden the slate of talent considered for opportunities.
Fox has already committed to participating in the latest version of the program, Mansfield 7.0.
