The parameters of what constitutes discrimination in the workplace continue to evolve as new laws and interpretations of existing laws are published. This webinar will examine the new Pregnancy Fairness Act requirements and discuss how caste, weight, and cannabis use are increasingly being recognized as protected under the law. We will also review the recent United States Supreme Court decision regarding religious accommodation in the workplace. Finally, we will provide best practices to stay ahead of these rapidly changing areas of the law.
