HeplerBroom partner Michael Reda is now a certified mediator and has been added to the mediation panel at Lexitas (formerly Alaris). He is also an approved Mediator and Mandatory Mediation Panelist for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois.
Reda has 40 years of experience in tort litigation, including the defense of cases covering catastrophic trucking accidents and aviation accidents, as well as claims against municipal and state governments, civil rights actions, and professional liability. He is also a member of HeplerBroom’s Rapid Response Team, which conducts on-site investigations of transportation accidents in Illinois and Missouri. Reda has been named an Illinois Leading Lawyer by Illinois Law Bulletin.
