U.S. Representative Rodney Davis (R-IL), who serves as the Ranking Member of the Committee on House Administration, testified before the House Rules Committee at its member day hearing on proxy voting and remote committee proceedings.
Davis highlighted the detrimental effect these rules have had on the institution and the need to end these practices and get Congress back in person and back to work on behalf of the American people.
