Troy bar and grill sued after intoxicated man allegedly attacked patron

EDWARDSVILLE - A patron at the Time Out Bar and Grill in Troy is suing the establishment after allegedly being attacked by an intoxicated man. 

Logan Miller filed a lawsuit in the Madison County Circuit Court against Time Out Bar and Grill, LLC, alleging negligence.

According to the lawsuit, Miller allegedly was attacked by patron Ryan Fetter at the Time Our Bar and Grill in Troy on March 5, 2021. Miller alleges the patron was highly intoxicated and accuses the defendant of failing to provide appropriate security to prevent the attacks. Miller also claims Time Out Bar and Grill knew Fetter was likely to cause fights and attack others while intoxicated. 

Miller was allegedly caused to suffer "substantial personal injuries as a result of the attack."

Miller seeks an amount in excess of $50,000 and costs of suit. Miller is represented by Ronald A. Roth of Roth Law Offices in Granite City.
