Armstrong Teasdale LLP issued the following announcement on Jan. 5.
Armstrong Teasdale proudly announces that two equity partners have been appointed to serve as office managing attorneys. The new office managing attorneys, effective Jan. 1, 2022, include Matthew Reh (Edwardsville, Illinois) and Jonathan Boughrum (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania).
Office managing attorneys are charged with driving growth and success in coordination with the firm’s overall strategic vision as determined by firmwide leadership and Managing Partner Patrick Rasche.
“Our office managing attorneys are critical to advancing the firm and navigating unique challenges in their respective markets,” said Rasche. “As we continue to build on our ‘one firm’ mission and strategic goals, I am confident that Matt and Jon will be instrumental in our success. Each of them brings a fresh perspective to the role that will undoubtedly carry us into the future.”
Reh heads the firm’s Litigation practice group and sits on the Executive Committee. He focuses his practice on real estate litigation, tort litigation and municipal law. Representing banks, developers, pipeline companies and a wide range of governmental entities, he provides assistance in condemnation matters. His work most frequently includes using eminent domain for community redevelopment projects, public infrastructure and utilities. He also serves as outside general counsel to clients around the region.
Boughrum is an accomplished trial lawyer with nearly two decades of experience handling complex business litigation, with a focus on government investigations and related litigation, primarily in the financial services and pharmaceutical industries. Clients seek his counsel on some of their most significant matters, where potential exposure in the hundreds of millions of dollars is often at stake. Boughrum joined the firm in 2018 upon the opening of the Philadelphia office.
Partner Tyson Ketchum was also recently named office managing attorney in Kansas City, Missouri.
