EDWARDSVILLE - A woman is suing New Creation Fellowship after she allegedly fell on uneven stairs.

Pamela Cuatianquiz filed a lawsuit on Dec. 13 in the Madison County Circuit Court against New Creation Fellowship, also known as New Creation Fellowship, Inc. as served to Lloyd Michael Davis, alleging negligence.

According to the lawsuit, Cuatianquiz was at New Creation Fellowship in Granite City on Dec. 15, 2019. She claims she was using stairs that were uneven and of irregular height, which caused her to fall and suffer injuries of "a personal and pecuniary nature."

The plaintiff alleges New Creation Fellowship maintained unsafe and uneven stairs on the premises, permitted and allowed access and use of the dangerous stairs, failed to repair the stairs and failed to warn the public of the dangerous conditions.

Cuatianquiz seeks a judgment in excess of $50,000, plus cost of suit. Cuatianquiz is represented by William Lucco of Lucco Brown Dawson & Hertz LLP in Edwardsville.
