Vicki Bridges filed a complaint Nov. 1 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Chasitty Sandage, alleging negligence.

According to her complaint, Bridges was a passenger in a car that was stopped at a red light on Beltline Road in Collinsville on Nov. 11, 2019. Bridges claims Sandage failed to yield the right of way and struck the rear of the car she was riding in.
