Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli has been recognized in the area of Intellectual Property law in BTI Consulting Group’s Litigation Outlook 2022: Post-Pandemic and Beyond report. The report ranks the firm as a “Litigation Leader,” one of only 16 firms recognized as such in the area of IP law.

“This is a significant honor, to be recognized in this way by BTI.  We continue to bring our innovative, client-focused approach to major litigation throughout the country.  This has proven particularly successful for our clients, especially during these changing and challenging times,” said Polsinelli Intellectual Property Division Chair and Hatch Waxman Practice Group Leader Gary E. Hood.

The BTI Litigation Outlook report is based on an in-depth survey of more than 350 corporate counsel and leading legal decision makers and contains independent, unbiased research. The annual report combines a powerful and comprehensive analysis providing information about client spending, goals and challenges for the coming year.

Polsinelli’s national Intellectual Property & Technology Litigation Practice handles complex IP issues in a variety of industries including: technology and high tech; telecommunications; bioscience and life sciences; animal science; medical device; pharmaceutical; chemical; software and business methods; financial services; data; privacy; and health care IT.

“We are extremely proud of our IP Litigation group for receiving this recognition,” said Polsinelli Intellectual Property Department Chair Patrick Woolley. “What is especially gratifying is that this recognition is based on comments from our clients, for whom we strive to provide, responsiveness, communication and, of course, results.”
