EDWARDSVILLE — A woman claims she was in a stopped vehicle on Illinois 255 in Edwardsville when another motorist caused a rear-end collision.

Zahriaha Mosely filed a complaint Aug. 3 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Amy Petrillo, alleging negligence.

Mosely was inside a stopped vehicle on Illinois 255 in Edwardsville on June 25, 2020, according to her complaint. Mosely alleges that Petrillo collided with the vehicle, causing her to suffer injuries to her head, brain and liver.
