EDWARDSVILLE — A passenger claims she was injured in a rear-end collision in Glen Carbon.
Vicki Demkey filed a complaint July 7 in the Madison County Circuit Court against Darrin Freeman.
According to her complaint, Demkey was a passenger in a vehicle that was traveling on Troy Road in Glen Carbon on Dec. 8, 2019. She alleges that while she was stopped at a traffic light, Freeman struck her vehicle from behind.
Demkey claims that as a result of the crash, she suffered severe and permanent injuries that caused her to suffer lost wages and incur medical treatment expenses.
Demkey seeks compensation of more than $50,000 and all other just relief. She is represented by Allan Napp of Schrempf, Kelly & Napp LTD in Alton.
