Daniel Tranen (Partner-Edwardsville) will join a panel on “Opioid Litigation: An Update on Liability, Risk Management and Coverage Issues Involving Medical Providers and the Pharmaceutical Industry” at the Crittenden Medical Insurance Conference to be held September 21–23, 2020, in virtual format.
Daniel and fellow panelists will provide an overview of the current opioid litigation and then discuss how those claims/lawsuits are managed and treated from both a liability and coverage perspective. Topics include llitigation related to opioids, insurance coverage issues, risk management/claims management strategies, and emerging issues and the landscape of opioid litigation.
