Illinois Supreme Court issued the following announcement on July 30.
Marcia M. Meis, Director of the Administrative Office of the Illinois Courts, announced that the Twenty-First Judicial Circuit judges voted to select Kara M. Bartucci as an associate judge of the Twenty-First Judicial Circuit.
Ms. Bartucci received her undergraduate degree in 2006 from Western Illinois University, Macomb, IL, and her Juris Doctor in 2010 from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL. Ms. Bartucci is currently affiliated with the Iroquois County State's Attorney's Office in Watseka, IL.
