Clark Hill PLC issued the following announcement on Dec. 5.
BTI Consulting Group has recognized Clark Hill has a “Standout” in two categories in its survey, BTI Client Service A-Team 2020: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance.
Clark Hill was ranked has a standout in investing in client relationships and client-facing communication.
“Building client relationships is at the forefront of our firm’s culture,” Clark Hill CEO John Hern said. “We are proud to again be ranked by BTI as this illustrates our commitment to building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.”
This is the 19th annual edition of the BTI report. The results are based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel. The survey provides a detailed view of 17 activities driving superior client service.
BTI’s research reveals 650 core law firms serve large and Fortune 1000 clients, but only 340 law firms are singled out by legal decision makers for their prowess in at least one of the 17 activities.
In other recent surveys, BTI also named Clark Hill to its 2019 Most Feared in Litigation Honor Roll, and Clark Hill members Gary Hamblet and Barry Sutton were named among BTI’s Client Service All-Stars for 2019.
