Artificial Intelligence and autonomous vehicle technology are advancing at a rapid pace. This new technology is not just disruptive to existing industries, it also presents a vast array of regulatory, legal and ethical problems that regulators, legislators and governments are struggling to address.
Decisions being considered and that will be made in the next few years will have far-reaching consequences. Yet, many affected companies, NGOs, trade associations and local governments are failing to adequately engage in this regulatory process, with potentially costly consequences.
This program, co-sponsored by Cozen O’Connor and Silent Majority Strategies, will examine the current state of federal AV regulatory actions, areas of controversy amongst interested parties, the effectiveness of comments thus far, and how the changing regulatory landscape will influence the way that you do business going forward.
