JONES DAY: Eight Jones Day lawyers named "BTI Client Service All-Stars"

Jones Day issued the following announcement on March 28.

Eight Jones Day lawyers are named 2019 Client Service All-Stars in the BTI Consulting Group's survey of corporate counsel and other legal services decision makers.

Survey participants identified the criteria that make an All-Star stand out as superior, including client focus, unmatched client experience, an understanding of the client's business needs like no other, unparalleled legal skills, and innovative thought leadership.

The 2019 All-Stars survey is based on interviews with more than 350 in-house counsel from corporations averaging nearly $22 billion in annual revenue and representing 15 industry sectors. Survey participants identified the lawyers, unprompted and by name, as the absolute best at delivering client service.
