The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois reported the following activity in the suit brought by Painters District Council #58 401(k) Trust Fund, Painters District Council #58 Fringe Benefit Funds, Illinois State Painters Welfare Fund and International Painters and Allied Trades Industry Pension Fund against H.F. Fritsch & Sons, Inc. and Charles Wendell Fritsch on Jan. 16: 'Order Granting 44 Motion To Vacate 43 Clerk's Judgment Pursuant To Federal Rule Of Civil Procedure 60(b)(1) Based On A Mistake In The Interpretation Of Judge Herndon's 37 Order. The Court Vacates The 43 Judgment, Reopens This Case, Orders That Entry Of Judgment Be Delayed Until March 15, 2019, And Refers This Matter To Magistrate Judge Sison For A Settlement Conference.
