Missey filed the complaint April 22, 2016.

The plaintiff alleges that on May 10, 2014 he was driving northbound on Route 111, entering the westbound ramp approaching Interstate 64 in Washington Park. At the same time, Potts was also driving northbound and entering the westbound ramp when he allegedly caused a collision.

Missey alleges Potts failed to keep his vehicle under proper control, failed to keep a proper lookout, drove too closely behind the plaintiff’s vehicle and failed to stop to avoid a collision.

As a result, Missey alleges he suffered injuries to his nervous system.

The plaintiff seeks a judgment in excess of $50,000, plus costs.
