St. Louis - Attorney Samantha E. Caluori has joined the legal team with Greensfelder Hemker & Gale P.C. in St. Louis in the Business Services Group.

Caluori had been with the firm from 2016 to 2017 in the same role as an associate. She worked briefly for a corporation before returning to Greensfelder this year.

She specializes in working with clients to support their businesses through the merger and acquisition process. This also includes focusing on exempt securities offerings, entity formation and dissolution, and commercial contracts.

“We are very pleased to welcome Sam back to Greensfelder, and we are excited to reap the benefits of the valuable experience she gained while serving in an in-house corporate position while away from the firm,” Timothy R. Thornton, chief executive officer for the firm, stated in a press release.

Caluori takes a team-centered approach to serving clients with an outside-the-box perspective.

“As a collaborative member of a client’s team, my goal is to provide the diligent and creative support they need to achieve business goals," she stated.

Before working with the firm, Caluori worked as in-house associate counsel with Energizer Holdings Inc. In that position, she advised the company with business services such as domestic supply agreements, commercial transactions, and international distributorship arrangements.

She also worked in the Missouri Attorney General’s office with the Division for Consumer Protection while she was enrolled in law school.

Caluori graduated from St. Louis University School of Law cum laude with her Juris Doctorate. She holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Iowa State University.
