Schiff Hardin LLP issued the following announcement on Nov. 1.
Schiff Hardin announced that the firm has received 40 top-tier rankings and national recognition for its premier practices in the 2019 edition of U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms.”
Ten Schiff practice areas earned National Tier 1 rankings, up from nine in the 2018 edition, with the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group recognized for the first time among both National and Metropolitan Tier 1 rankings in Chicago and New York. The firm also received 30 Metropolitan Tier 1 rankings — up from 29 last year — across its Ann Arbor, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C., offices.
Firms included in the 2019 “Best Law Firms” edition are recognized for professional excellence based on consistently positive ratings from clients and peers. To be eligible for a ranking, a firm must have a lawyer listed in The Best Lawyers in America, which recognizes the top four percent of practicing attorneys in the U.S.
