HeplerBroom issued the following announcement on Aug. 14.
Michael T. Griffin has joined HeplerBroom in its Hammond, Indiana, office as an associate attorney. Griffin is a trial attorney who concentrates his practice on insurance coverage and defense litigation, construction litigation, medical malpractice defense, real estate matters, and class action defense. He has experience in both bench and jury trials and has practiced in several state and federal courts, including the Illinois Supreme Court and Illinois Appellate Court.
Griffin obtained his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2014. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is admitted to practice in Indiana and Illinois, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana and the Northern District of Illinois (General and Trial Bar).
