ST. LOUIS –Two attorneys in a St. Louis law firm earned honors for being among the top litigators age 40 and under in the country.
Daniel Garner and Donald McBride of Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale were named on the Benchmark 40 and Under Hot List for 2018.
The list is compiled by Benchmark Litigation, an annual publication covering litigation in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The publication released the names on June 29.

"I am grateful to receive this honor, which would not have been possible without Greensfelder placing its trust in me and giving me the opportunity to manage cases for important clients at this stage of my career," Garner told the Record.
"Very few firms in St. Louis offer the flexibility and diverse client opportunities I’ve received at Greensfelder since day one," Garner said.
His colleague McBride told the Record, "I am thankful to receive this recognition and must give credit to my mentors at Greensfelder over the years, as well as to our clients in the securities industry that have allowed me the opportunity to represent and counsel them in their business."
Garner is a member of Greensfelder’s energy industry group. According to the firm's website, the attorney focuses on representing "corporate defendants in complex commercial litigation and business disputes." He also is a member of the firm's franchising and distribution industry group.
McBride is a member of the firm’s securities and financial services industry group. He represents broker-dealers, clearing firms, registered investment advisors and individual investment professionals.
The attorneys graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law.
The annual list is compiled after a review process that looks at recent case work, peer reviews and client feedback. The list includes lawyers age 40 and under from around the United States and Canada.
