EDWARDSVILLE-- Defense firm Foley & Mansfield opened an office in Edwardsville in an effort to help clients involved in litigation in Madison County.
C. Raymond Bell will be managing the new office.
Bell has a background as a trial lawyer and has been licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Missouri. He has worked in trial and appellate courts and has tried a number of jury cases to verdict, according to the firm’s website.
Bell’s area of expertise is commercial and construction litigation, insurance coverage litigation and toxic tort defense.
Other lawyers that will work out of the Edwardsville office include partner Carla C. Storm, Sheina R. Franco, Jennifer A. Jumper, John I. Schaberg and Mandy M. Williams.
Storm's background includes experience with personal injury litigation, products liability and premises liability, the firm's website states.
Franco practices in complex business litigation cases, including toxic tort.
Jumper practices in toxic and mass tort defense and has experience in both federal and state courts.
Schaberg has over 30 years experience in litigation management and trial cases. Throughout his career he has focused on toxic torts, product liability and commercial litigation.
The attorneys will work with toxic/mass tort cases and will particularly focus on asbestos and product liability litigation.
They will also offer employment, environmental, construction, creditor’s rights and insurance coverage services.
The firm has opened up four new offices in the last two years including, Kansas City, Portland and Indianapolis. They now have over 13 locations across the U.S.
